Hes looking for a striker partner for torres or even somone to take the weight off him. Liverpool haven't even got a recognisable replacement striker for when hes injured and kuyt ain't fitting that bill.

Allow following the crowd and goin on like Im that nuts.Obviously I get that he would want a strike partner for Torres but the fact is that Rafa likes the formation he is playing so if he brings in a high quality striker theres a high chance tryin to change the formation wont work like we already seen happen.The other problem is that bringing in another big name striker means Gerrard will have to play deeper, but we know that you dont get the best out of him doing that.Basically what Im gettin at is when Rafa finds that he cant make a 442 work with say as high calibre a frontline as Torres and Etoo (Seems far fetched but Rafa shown 442 aint him) he will go back to to his tried and tested formation which will mean 1 of the 2 strikers will be dropped. Whats the chances of an Etoo or Torres being happy on the bench?FFS I Swear theres too much thick ppl here on Vip yet Im called clueless cos you havent even considered what Im tryin to show you

Most significant part of your post.I think high profile players are a little more thick skinned, lol at Torres seeing Eto'o linked on SSN and giving Rafa the silent treatment in training the next day.
