And City are going to offer the England man a staggering £20m contract - doubling his wages to £80,000 a week in a five-year deal. SunSport revealed in January that Lescott was wanted by boss Mark Hughes. Roque Santa Cruz and Gareth Barry have already signed, Carlos Tevez is on his way and Samuel Eto'o is also a target. Everton do not want to sell but will find it hard to turn down a hefty bid for Lescott, 26. And sources close to the player say he is keen to join the City revolution. JOE HART has finally completed his move to Birmingham on loan. The Manchester City keeper is behind Shay Given in the pecking order at Eastlands. And he will spend the season at St Andrews in order to gain more first team experience. City boss Mark Hughes said: "I have always said that Joe is a really good young keeper. "His talent was obvious to our keeper coach Kevin Hitchcock and I from the outset. "His contribution to the team prior to Shay Given's arrival was fantastic. "But by loaning him to Birmingham, he will add invaluable experience to that already gained here at City. "I know he will relish the prospect of regular Premier League action, which is vital at this stage in his career." Ireland, SWP, Robinho should be in the team every week.Ireland, SWP and Santa Cruz have already shown in their careers how they need to be playing consistantly to get the best out of them.
