Anyone that does cardio whats the average calories you lose a day how possible is it to lose 100 pounds ? like how long would it take if u went gym 3-4 times a week, guy at the gym told me to just do cardio for a few months and then touch weights, said i got alot of muscle underneath the fat and if i lose the weight off..muscle would show..is it that possible ?

If you're looking to lose 100lbs you must be f*ck*ng HUGE in which case don't worry about counting calories... Just take what you eat and cut it in half. Coz you eat waaaaaaaay too much!100lbs!? That's nuts!
lol 270 man needs to cut out on the fire ups for breakfast... in three months how much weight can u lose from cardio going gym 3-4 times a week

so your around 19 stone yh?in three months you can actually loose quite a loti have lost nearly a stone and a half in about 4-5 weeksreally depends on how rigidly you stick do your diet, your metabolism etc, and if you drink regularly then try and cut down on the boozemy typical diet breakfast:2 scrambled eggssnack: promax and a piece of fruitlunch: 3 peces of chicken (that doesn't mean go to morleys) / a can u tuna and saladsnack: promaxdinner: chicken/steak/lamb etc, with salad or boiled vegbefore bed: promax
