Just ordered a kettlebell. Looking forward getting back into training again.

Looking to gain a lot in short time but I know it's a commitment. 4 days a week 40-60 min session.

one kettlebell aint gonna get you swole bro

I know. But id rather be on a kettlebell then rush straight into weight training on my first week

as you can see I aint really big physique wise like dem ghanian and naija man but weight always perplexes me when I jump on the scale

done ab work out today tomorrow ima do some benching and squats + flies and possibly bicep curls. is that too much for a session?

the only time I done squats my arms went dead so I got shook and didn't try it again. I wonder why that happened? lol

Im doing loads of research today but I have set up a diet plan for the 40 day work out hopefully start seeing definition :Y:

depends on how many days you're going to do a week

do chest one day bench , dumbell ,flys whatever

do legs next time squat etc

do back n shoulders next

throw In arms whenever

imo you don't need a ab day it even arms but do that if you do the extra day

something like that

Nothing more annoying then seeing cunts hog the squat rack doing half reps. f*ck!

This is sh*t I hate. I want to get in and bang out some swift and solid sets, and some d*ckhead hogging the equipment. Literally wish I had some kind of magic power to instantly set them on fire.

The worst is when some idiot is convinced he needs the squat rack for biceps curls. Tit. If you can't lift the weight off the ground you shouldn't be curling it.

What's a good quick way to lose body fat ?

I'm quite cut but i would like my abs and obliques to be more defined. ?

Is this just diet/working out ?

I can give you a 5 day cylce that my mate (who is a qualified fitness instructor) gave me. It's quite intense but he swears it's healthy (providing you only do it for 2 cycles at a time).

I'm in the middle of it now and am seeing excellent results and I'm not feeling too tired. You only need to go gym twice but you have to do alot of jogging.
