we need a proper striker. terry ivanovic and carvalho headed everything. any cross setpiece that was put in the airsmh we have depth in the wrong positions. gallas and sagna were poor defensively shudda played ebway at RBtraore did ok. eduardos confidence is very low. denilson why did this guy not clamp terry. if he does that we dont concede the `1st goal. i was screaming clamp himmmmm 2 secs later its in the back of the netswear every season fels the same now its like groundhog day. we're becoming like spurs

I know Wenger tried to motivate the team with all this 'our time is now' & 'I believe we can win the league' sh*t but we are still far from the finished articleChelsea completely snuffed us out and showed there experience, very classyAlthough we would of been more of a problem if certain players were not injured but thats football/Gallas needs a rest

Trust, dunno how Arshavin isn't intercepting that first pass either.Sagna's not serious thinking Cashley was going to dart inside when he is such a one footed player, gave him that space for the cross.
new goalkeeper next season is a must
Get me, he was at fault for the 2nd and 3rd goal or should I say a good keeper would have prevented both.The way we lacked penetration was a joke but TBH Wenger gambled by selling Adebayor and not replacing him with a striker.It's a shame RVP is injured but he was unlikely to go the whole season without a serious injury and ATM Eduardo doesn't look himself and he'll need time we don't really have.Chelsea were in 2nd gear yet come out with some convincing win, that aint serious.Now all of a sudden I look at the table and think if we lose to Liverpool sh*t looks just as bad as it has for them in recent weeks.Our reaction in the next few games will say a lot for our season IMO.

Arsenals defence <<<<<<<<+Drogba, 10 prem games against Arsenal, 10 goalsDrogba, 10 Prem games against Us, 0 goalsWhy were people tryna tell me he bads us up?!smh+Arsenal had so many problems its hard to start reallyDuring the first 20 minutes when they had I think 70 % posession, they hadn't created one clear-cut chance, during that time, in which chelsea had had only 30% posession, they had created 2 or 3 balls behind the defence which led to goalscoring oppertunities (fair enough one was marginally offside but they still showed a threat whereas aresenal were relatively toothless)From then on it never looked promising.

I aint read back thru the thread but if the same people that complain about Diaby & Denilson aren't complaining about Arshavin then I'm baffled.Eduardo is a yard off pace. Reminding me of Aliadiere right now and thats really not a good thing at all... I think he needs Walcott playing with him atm.Walcott's pace >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> WalcottSame issue I've been saying for years remains, Manuel Almunia, aint winning sh*t with him in goal & I'm now actually thinking, how many CBs careers at Arsenal this guy gonna cost?

Nasri was your biggest threat in the first half, you should have kept him on the right, taken off Eduardo who was obviously off the pace and frankly didnt have the physicality or speed to trouble chelseas CB's and put walcott through the middle, he did NOTHING on the wing and once Nasri came into the middle, he didn't do much either.Vela was sh*t aswellCame on, I think one of the first times he touched the ball there was a break on, 2 on 2, and he dallied on the ball and ended up going backwards and within 5 seconds they were 8 chelsea players behind the ballThe second time, it opened up for him to shoot, but he didn't want to use his right :D and f*cked up that attack aswellI've said this for so long but does anyone in Arsenals backline TALK?????+Traore did a decent job but LOL @ what drogba did to him in the second half, tried to barge him and ended up doing a cartwheel, gif moment tbh.

  • Almunia is technically inferior, the guy is a fraud
  • The center backs need a rest, swear they've played every game this season, included the CL.
  • Denilson we carry him
  • Diaby is a certified starter, lol at not clocking what he gives us
  • Walcott is way off match pace
  • Fabregas is certainly going to miss Van Persie. Only guy with the intelligence to bring people in and fashion chances for himself
