And when you apply for a Housing Benefit on ANY property it gets valued before they accept the claim to see how much the rent should be.p.s. in the current climate the landlords of these properties are grateful of anybody renting out the property because they're losing so much money because of the excess supply of ridiculous "cosmopolitan" apartments.
