Theyre not really my ting tbh, hit n miss with their sets.
I felt like Pacha n Ushiaia were more "the place to be" kinda bait spots.
Space is just an institution and werent even that packed on the thursday tbh (Sundays & Tuesdays are the bait nights)
Didnt go for Hawtin (although hes sick, seen him nuff).
Went for Apollonia as Dan Ghenacia & Dyed Soundorom are two of my fave djs & Shonky goes in too!
Their set was really lacking compared to syrus hood and sion who went the f*ck in. Sions Energy >>>>>
The amine edge set was kinda lethargic, not sure what kinda vibe they were trying to go for. Dint bother checking out the lab.
Think ill skip DC10 next time unless im on a 4pm sketch so i can breeze early, sh*t is way oversold. Good thing about space is even tho its so rammed you can easily move freely about because its so big. Boom was perfectly rammed for me, all the bars are away from the dancefloor up stairs so its bless, the vip doesnt take over either seeing as its just on the balconies.
See thats my problem with Amine's sets, they lack energy.
Kinda sporadic, just when you think theyre gonna start goin in they'll follow up a banger with some ketty organ based riddim that just deads the vibe.
Defo gonna give DC10 a miss next year, unless im out there mad early.
