You can already do this, FIFA and other EA Sport games

nah but you can take a photo of your face and up it to EA servers through pc, and download it in game on 360 with fifa 11/fight night/ea sports titles

Was reading some of the comments in their Q&A.

Nearly all of them was some kid crying about no multiplayer; even though they explained in one of the questions that they didnt want to throw in some generic multiplayer and waste time/monies.
