The players and the backroom staff came into work this morning very disappointed after Sunday's match against Liverpool. But we remain positive and fully focussed. Sunday was so frustrating because we conceded the penalty after 11 minutes of stoppage time, when injury time was indicated to be eight minutes. We dropped two points after scoring our own penalty right at the end of the match. It's difficult to accept, but we have to continue and fight until the end of the season. We will be working very hard in training on Monday and Tuesday in order to get ready for Wednesday's match against Spurs. Believe me, the players know how important this match is, and we will be ready for this game. We are six points behind with six games to go, and we will give everything until the last game of the season and see if it is our year or not. It is about us winning our games. The hope is always there but, to keep the hope alive, it is now up to us to win our games and to win our next game at Tottenham on Wednesday. Yes, we haven't taken enough points recently, but we are still on a 15-game unbeaten run in the league and we will continue fighting. As ever, the supporters were fantastic yesterday and you have been all season, home and away. I know that you'll be there in full voice at White Hart Lane on Wednesday night and with us until the end of the season. Thanks for your continued support.
Interesting that "Wenger's View" seems to be written by Wenger rather than pieced together comments from his post-game interview.

:D Anyways this "Wengers view"? instrumented by Kronke? Or isit because his actual post interview comments were utter bollocks after focusing on the petyness of the goal failed to admit that Eboue majorly f*cked up, and our team couldn't keep possession of the ball for 2-3 added minutesso he tries to sweet talk the crowd by showing his appreciation

Silent Stan ain't telling Wenger nothing, PHW is still the chairman and will be for the next few years... So I'd assume it was the poor post-match analysis. Was never gonna blame Eboue, doesn't even need to, Eboue knows that he f*cked up, man wanted the ground to eat him up... Wenger's problem is to the media he feels he HAS to give a response and starts clutching at straws.

i know what u meanbut he is doing more harm that good imothe anti wengerism is growing every time he opens his mouth it feelsthe blackburn game was the first time since i can remember that he has allured to the idea he is worried, rather than play the "everything will be alrite on the night" cardTbh i sound like im anti wenger but im not, ive just lost count on how many seasons ive spent saying the same things, then looking and hoping for next yearim just tired of being optimistic we need to face the music, its a joke that our main rivals are called the yids, yet we are the ones who are tight with our walletsi understand, new stadium blah blah blah, id rather have slightly higher debts on a couple good experinced signings (from within the premiership), than a successful business model, if they really wanna help us grow into a global brand we need to win the league tbh and show a strong front in all competitions which i dont think we do! Tbh arsenal have fallen through the same poor decisions and making and bad luck since before i was even a member on this forum, i never felt the need to chat sh*t about arsenal, because i would say the same sh*t to mans every time i went to pub/emirates (the fact that most the other rooms seem dead out changed my mind)Its time we stop using our Tesco "pay as you go" sim card and upgrade to a network with better signal and more minutes with a couple of Iphones to seal the deal, other wise we will get left behind"is this the day that the power shifted in north London" still haunts my conscious

I just think the anti-Wenger fans should get real and REALLY think if thats what they want, cos this ain't 4-5 years ago, when the MAJOR pull at Arsenal for ANY player was playing with the World's best footballer, Thierry Henry.Right now, Arsenal only attract talented youngsters cos of Wenger and if you think the board giving a new manager HUGE amounts of money to rival other teams then boy... Your be crying in 2 years.

nah dont wont wenger to go, at allim talking about him upgrading his phone contract, not someone newhe doesnt need to spend a vast amount on new signingsjust a couple iphones will do me, just to strengthen the signal, i dont care if he spends more than his arshavin money, just get it done, tbh I think Vierra is a hundred percent right for what he saidinstinct is gone, the flat performance yesterday tells you everything u need to know about mental strength tbh a couple of half decent signings will prob add the competitive edge that our players lack, and yer yer henri days are over, but comon

Sam Allyardce should be given a chance after his interview on Talksport today. The guy has a proven record of winning. This is his big break through.
:D :D :D Sam is going straight to the top he doesn't need a team as puny as Arsenal, him and the Madrid have a verbal agreement

He was up there but the world's best is very debatable imo, I don't even remember him winning FIFA's world player of the year. Correct me if I'm wrong but I swear he came 2nd twice.C/s everything else about Wenger tho.
