From next seasons casting list I think Sams Dad is joining the show. Also Theons Uncles are meant to be joining, one being some fierce pirate.
As for the Knights King watching, maybe he knows he's a Stark lol. Remember the stories they used to tell Bran about the Nights King being a Stark himself.
Hard to say. I read up but it was only fans offering that Jorah had his wrists well wrapped up and rumor that Targaryens were immune. It's supposed to be highly contagious though. Stannis daughter caught the disease from an Old Doll he bought back as a present for her from some ship.
It's mad the amount of things you forget in this show. We still don't even know what happened to Jons Hero and Uncle Benjen Stark when he went North of the Wall i season one and disappeared.
Good second half to that episode, the first half was complete trash.
They think they can drip feed us decent bits of footage which will paper over the dross the fill the rest up with....
However in saying that, the burning of the princess was a powerful scene......that burnt a hole into my soul
Also dont care how corny and budget that last scene was...I was constantly crying out 'where them dragons at' when they were all surrounded. They knew what we all wanted to see lol

It looked corny but at the same time it's a TV show with a budget it needs to spread across a season.
Another good point I read earlier is that the reason some characters get a lot of airtime with pointless scenes is because they would otherwise leave if they went from main to bit part back to main - season to season. It's annoying but that makes sense on the actors side to push for that.

Remember ep1 with the direwolf, the fact there was a Wolf for everyone excluding Theon because he's got no Stark blood. It's a very small point but I think he's definitely Stark mixed with a Queens blood somehow.
