revs
Caught the tail end of this arriving at waterloo - it was insane. Luckily i commute the opposite way (live in london and work outside) so always get a seat and don't have to pack into a train like a sardine. There times in the morning at Waterloo where the queues going into the underground look like an extra long Disney theme park ride snaking in and out of the station - except everyone looks like they want to die.
Greens
Fuck that. I'm so glad at the moment I can get to work avoiding zone 1 and all above ground.

By the doors there is already a sea of people with desperate faces staring at you in hunger waiting to trade in their first born to mow you down and get that all important seat. Come like a first aid drop and I'm in the UN relief helicopter.

Not me.

dub
So London Overground have taken over the route from Enfield or Cheshunt to Liverpool Street. A few other routes as well. Still ended up on one of them bummy Greater Anglia trains.
Captain Planet
Give it time mate. I wanted to mention this in the property thread actually, this is basically free marketing for all the areas immediately around the stations. I'd expect some action in the market there now, similar to what happened after TfL took over the old East London Line.
Badman
Yep, can only mean good things for the stations and the surrounding areas affected by this change. My yard for one being 4 mins walk from one
