There have been many instances where wrestlers have beefed MMA guys and have fucked them up.
Some Wrestlers are either amateur wrestling specialist or know multiple martial arts.

HIAC was nuts i was all jumping out my bed at 3am shouting no way when taker kicked out of the superkick/pedigree combo....great match best storytelling ive seen in wrestling for as long as i can remember.
Punk/Jericho started off slow but picked up in the middle and had a nice sequence for the ending with the walls/vice counters
Rock/Cena was what i expected, crowd fully involved...liked how cena got cocky and tried to mock the rock and it led to his downfall....wasnt really looking foward to this match but now id like to see a rematch.
The rest of the card was what it was them 3 matches were the main events and the undercard done exactly what it was meant too.....what happen to D.Bryan i knew was going to happen but i thought it would be Big show on Rhodes.....they need to get the crowd hot at the begging and no better way then the good guy getting the quick win(its a tried and tested working method)...plus him having won it the way he lost it makes sense.
Surprised Kane won but was a decent match and it prob makes sense considering all the other winners were good guys....finally got a pay off to eve/zach and maybe eve can push on and be the new trish/lita who both got over in similar ways...womens match was shit(to be expected) and the other match was just to get everyone on the card and get lauranitus over.
Best Mania in about 3/4 years imo.....the 3 main events fully delivered
