Excluding the battery and expandable memory. Everything else is a matter of a opinion

My main gripe with the S3 was it felt straight up cheap for a premium flagship phone.

C/S the expandable memory being a necessity though. Got a 32gb SD card I can't even use cause I have a Nexus.

It's not enough for me to sell my S3 and get it but it still is good. I do like the HTC one though, need to get my hands on it to try.
