@8ball I had Depay playing in his position so Bakkali would get a rare run out then Depay got injured in January and Bakkali took his positon in the squad consitant strong performence I play him out on the wing he does get goals not prolific yet I was so confident in him that I sold Depay to spurs for 29million and never brought a replacement and he has justified my choice. He should be beasting by Feb in the new season just needs the first team run out

How do you man train your players? e.g. on individual training do you do average/ heavy?

Need a good idea, safe.

I do individual trainibg heavy load on certain yutes that have crazy potential to speed up their development. Only if they arent injury prone tho

And for fringe players to improve them and get them stats up. Lol players always complain tho and say they hate the training schedule but i dont give a shit

Key players i keep on average cos i dont want them to risk injuries in training etc

Fuck this game was offered the arsenal job so I took it and brought Gomez with me him and oxlade were badding up the league december they both get injured KMT form drops took me 8 games to win again I was neck and neck with united now I am 17 points behind

You're not selling dead wood at Arsenal for any decent money. Most get shifted out for pittance in some instances I had to terminate contracts or run them down (Ryo Miyachi and a couple others).
