I consider 60m overpaying for Coutinho.

 

So overpaying by 30m or so will get him, and at the same token if someone came in for a 60m bid for Wilshere or Ramsey or (was trying to think of a promising United player not named Depay at that level but can't) a 20m bid for Januzaj they would all go, its common sense.
