But he is a very good tactically

 

I've seen some of his coaching sessions, and some of his drills for counter-attacking play were brilliant, a really great attention to detail too

 

But I wouldn't let him near a footballing team, Madrid were horrible to watch

 

IMO Spurs would be a good fit for him, a team that technically has all the tools to be really successful, but isn;t quite there in terms of personell, he could drill them and get 110% out of the teams potential, and they'd overacheive

 

But when he's at a team and you think 'shit, with this squad I should see some mouth-watering football'....you'll be dissapoint
