How Sway?!

At the residential car park where I live. There is two disabled bays. One clearly not marked visibly well. I parked on that. Got a a ticket.  Challenged it saying it's not marked properly. Win. This happened twice.

Car park was full. I parked in one of the unmarked boxes. Got a ticket saying some code 26 violation about parking on a dual carriage way and parking in an unmarked bay. Challenged again. Saying it's a residential car park not a carriage way and I am clearly not obstructing any passage for other cars and no signs showing the rules they were exercising.

Win

Swear if you challenge most tickets these counts will write if off.  Most people can't be bothered.

Someone on here mentioned this before.

Happened to me last week on the motorway, was sweating all the way home.

Weather was fucked an a lorry swerved into my lane without any fucks given about me so i swerved instinctly a little in to the next lane and luckily a van was just passing me so I got back in control and managed to drop back behind the lorry. First real near crash experience, was fucked.

Had 2 on these

Once on a round about, wrong lane for my exit, car on inside Lane almost went into me

Second time on the motorway, doing like 60 going into the middle Lane, some audi wanker in the outer lane try a undertake at like 90mph almost went into me as I was in the middle lane, had to swerve back luckily there was no traffic apart from the one fucking car she was tryna undertake in the fast lane, if I didn't clock her in my second blind spot check though...

I used to drive down the A13 and they had road markings kinda as if they were average speed cameras - but I never really knew what they were & no-one ever slowed for them even though they had the camera signs up on the road. What were they? This was like 5 years ago.

I used a driving offence calculator here with your details:

http://www.drivingban.co.uk/drivingban/free_legal_advice_help/speeding_calculator.htm

looks like you're definitely in for a ban lad. I would definitely seek legal advice from people out there who specialise in this sorta thing. My boy hired one company to represent him, they saved him from a ban.

The forward facing ones with 3 lines just before them? Think they are meant to have sensors under the road or something

i always thought twice the speed limit was where the instant bans kick in

" At the speed alleged, an instant ban of up to 56 days would normally be imposed, however, as you already have 6 points, the Court guidelines are to impose a further 6 penalty points and then disqualify you for 6 months under the totting up process "

6 months you know that is fucking excessive

god knows i cant stop driving so i might just cop suttin with a PCO sticker on it
