But seeing that anti-white rap is SOOOOOOOO prominent in our hiphop today, It shouldn't be that hard to find should it?
ok dummyread my flippin post
delve in to Ice Cube's 'Death Certificate' album, or alternatively Da Lench Mob's 'Guerillas In Da Mist' album, and you will find atleast 10 tunes with references to 'Crackers', 'Honkys' and 'White Cave Bitches', all coming from friendly face and almost household name Ice Cube
i have given you TWO ALBUMS full to the brim with racial slursi don't need to upload sh*tbout ââ¬Ëif itââ¬â¢s not that hard to findââ¬â¢u r a donut
2 Albums isn't that much when there are x amount of rappers making albums and mixtapes. Aside from the Ice Cube album, and now this next album you mentioned, not that many rappers, or rather albums/mixtapes are littered with tracks containing the word cracker, or any other derogatory comment towards whites.

those albums are old though, arent they? its a different time now, you barely hear it in any songs nowerdays, only in the odd few comedies, you cant use albums that are like 15-20 years old to relate to today's happenings, young-fly+flashy said in today's hiphop, not 15-20 year old hiphop

The word 'cracker' is a term for a RACIST white person, not a white person period. So unless you are a RCAIST white person (which i am starting to ponder), then why should you take offence to it?

besides the fact that hip hop IS actually littered with the word 'cracker', it's actually irrelevant, the question was to post three tunes, i alternatively named two albums with more than a handful of tunes on both with not jus the odd racial slur, but actual leaning towards overt racism throughout the said tracks
does cracker really hurt white ppl?if bare black ppl surrounded u n started callin u a f*ckin cracker wud u feel it. lol im genuinley askin*tries to imagine it* lool"ima milk these crackers for all there m,ilk n crackers" - juelz
no the word 'cracker' does not offend me, and even if someone actually called me a cracker, i would laugh

i agree, the term 'cracker' when used by a rapper (in my head) conjures up visions of a rich white racist politician holding the black man down lol, i kno it's corny, but the use of the word to me represents 'stickin it to the man', not white people in generaland why would you ponder me bein a racist, u have kno valid reason

But seriously, why the f*ck are people trying to raise this "black people say it, so why can't I?" Bullshit?WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO SAY IT IN THE FIRST PLACE??????!!!!!????????????Black BRITISH people do not fling the n word around. The black people that you are talking about, i.e rappers, are African-American, emphasis on the word AMERICANWHAT HAS A BUNCH OF MISGUIDED, MISEDUCATED, LOST AMERICANS HAVE TO DO WITH AN INCIDENT THAT OCCURED IN LONDON, ENGLAND?Your excuses are lame people.Unless you move with retards, I HIGHLY doubt that you are EVER in the presence of a group of black people who sling that word around on aregular basis, joking or otherwise. And no-one said words like 'honkey' or 'whitey' were less meaningfull than the n word, until you starting devaluing the n word an trying to use the excuse of 'it's just a word'NO IT'S NOT JUST A WORD. If you look up on black history from the 1700s onward, you would se it's more than just a word.rant over biggrin.gif

All of this is irrelevant to the incident. Emily said "you n*****" to Charly, that is a racist remark. Insert the connotations here. Under the terms of entering the house the use of racist language is not allowed and thus, punishable. Emily was punished by being evicted. What a third party in a totally seperate incident says about white people or whoever has nothing whatsoever to do with this so you can't judge the merit of what she said and the punishment by the outcome of another incident. It's laughable. You think the directors were discussing it and one said "Well maybe we should keep her in because Gambino heard a song the other day in which an American rapper was using racist language about whites"?Come off it and stop talking rubbish.

ice cube defended those lyrics saying he was referring to white corporate america. which can be said of the other dusty albums or tracks you may come up with. Not the best excuse, but quite explainable considering the history of black music and corporate america. i wouldnt excuse using the word in any form. however both cracker and n***** are OFFICIALLY offensive words its stupid trying to argue that one is not as historical as the other. do not therefore try to say that bcos icecube used the word in an album that was censored anyway... is comparable to a british girl 8000miles away some 15yrs later. why didnt you mention a british major artist? are ofcom's policies based on US rappers? its funny how some people pull at strings.. on both sides. a white girl says n***** on british tv in 2007..and someone says oh but american ice cube said cracker 15 yrs ago in LA. seeen

In my personal opinion I think NO ONE should say that word, Black or white. The word is horrible, a word used to degrade someone and maket hem feel worthless.I don't agree with this "Nahhh we can say it, it means something different now". It obviously DOESNT mean anything different if there is still uproar from somebody of another race saying it.Fat Joe isn't black he is Hispanic yet he is always saying it, hello the hook in one of his songs was "My N* don't dance". How come he is allowed to say it.You cant stop someojne saying it, but I really hate how the young people of today use it as a term for a friend, the word has a history and cloud over it that will never be erased. Imagine how all those people who have been through hardcore racism, slavery and the civil rights movement must feel knowing that now the younger generation of black people are using that word to describe each other. Its ridiculous to say it means something else now, and then to get in a state when someone of the other race says it.
