question is..do u pick up on theirs?can u tell the difference between southern & northern french or spanish accents?

First of all , theres nothing like an african accent.. Every nation in africa as its own unique accent. Actually every nation as its own unique accent2. you need the accent to speak french, spanish or whatever. So u can have boog spanish e.t.c

First of all , theres nothing like an african accent.. Every nation in africa as its own unique accent. Actually every nation as its own unique accent2. you need the accent to speak french, spanish or whatever. So u can have boog spanish e.t.c

yeh and i mean africans speaking english with some in particular have swag accents speaking english. you cant speak boog arabic, just might not pronounce the words properly, and id say the same for most other languages you either can or you cant.

lol pieu can obviously chat boogness of any language..U need an accent to speak any foreign language.. U cant speak spanish, french in an english accent. it wont run.Now, if you are talking about poor vocab/grammar, U can have poor french or spanish grammar, jus tlike u do with english. I could tell an illiterate person that speaks my language just by the grammar /accent. Just like the way you can spot a chav by the way he speaksI speak a foreign language and I know these things.
