True, when your grow old too your muscles go all slack, lose their elasticity. I bet the fat have buckets, I bet you can judge the looseness of a pum by how lazy the woman looks, ie, fat.That's why I do pelvic floors 24/7. All ladies should, you don't even need to put any work in, you can do them whilst you are washing up, dropping off to sleep, ironing, watching TV, driving, browsing VIP2. You just have to make it a habit.

No, pum always reverts back to its usual self. Even after a baby... .... If you do your pelvic floors.

the pum does "grow out" of its tightness over time.. dont necessarily hav to be cos shes been wokked by a bag of man or even cause shes had a baby... its simple.. genitals consist of muscle and if not exercised (pelvic floor, regular walking, blah blah etc) then they get slack an dont perform as wel as it could... its like havin a 6 pac, if u dont work at it then it fades an the muscles become looser.. same wit a pum tbh.. if muscles dont get exercise regular they under perform.. this contributes to why older men have erection problems and dusty muffed women get loose.. tru stories

Congrats Rix. Know what you're having?Your girl probably knows how to do them. Shame on you if she don't know how.It's where you tighten your pum like tense it then release it. She can do it round objects such as a toothbrush or a penis. Or she can do it randomly without anything there. They advise ladies not to do them straight after giving birth but I did, literally straight away and got the results I wanted. Oh and she can also stop and start a piss midstream but I think that's more for bladder control (because those muscles go a bit slack after birth too) than the tightness of a flangal.
