lol, how much did u put on?i've lost my motivation yet again.my gym is well too small man, i pay £42 a month as well.smh

ouch, surely you were given a tour of your gym though?i signed up to Virgin Active on a 30 day rollling agreement...not going to have a gym hold me down unless i can help it...unless your balling, part of your motivation should be how much money your spending a month!!

haven't been gym properly since 19th mayneed to get back on that sh*t today, disgusting how weak and slow i feel right now...need that toned physique back, looking way to marga right now

its actually psychological :D apart from squats, i was lifting the same weights as before

Went out last night, was a free bar so I drunk way too muchFeel a bit sluggish today but gonna go gym in a bit
Done this last week, drank way 2 much and the next day went 2 the gym.... couldnt left barely anthing and just felt propa weak. Never going gym again after drinking 2 much the night be4.missed gym twice this week. not goooood.

also ive ot the worst pain in my side, had it for over 24hrs now, feel like a really bad stitch, im worried it could be my apendix about to explode, it hurts so bad
it's mad how i was about to make the EXACT same posti was on a running machine the other day and had a bad stitch but kept giong for another 10 minutes and the stitch only goes away now when i sit down

i think..not enough oxygen to the diaphragm, try breathing in through your noes and then out through your mouth, and keep your breathing controlled too.the pain i had felt the same but worse, and lasted 2 days, doesnt hurt anymore, dunno what was causing it tho

havnt been properly since junebeen slacking hard after my holidaysnot even been doing the daily press ups when i wake upyesterday was even thinking about cancelling my membershipi need a reason to start gyming seriously again
