i cant clench my first like somethings stopping it, put ice on it, used a variety of creams and gels and it does help but its a week later now ffs the knuckle has just sunk tbh and on my other hand my thumb cant even bend, but i dont remember punching anyone, both wrists are f*cked im pretty sure my hands got mangled somehow it dont help tha i sleep like a spastic with my hands all crumpled upf*ck! i have so much regret right now

if the knuckle is sunk it sounds like its broken, need to get it checked out asap

yh radio get it checked out, some fractures in the hand can give you trouble if theyre not treated properly, if you broke it punching someone/something it might be a boxers fracture (fracture in the fifth metacarpal) which is minor tbh, i did this a few months back, they gave me a splint, was fully healed and able to lift weights in about 3 months.

Yea my boyfriend done something similar and didnt go to hospital, turns out he had broke his metacarpal and that has now healed with a bump and the knuckle is still sunken, so it looks like his knuckle is shoved back into his hand. Nasty.
