You need to deal with the causesCream thats left onanything like castor/coconut oil that you apply on your hair/scalp slowly creeps down onto your forehead and can leave you spottysweat/dirt not being washedBest thing to do is wash your face before you go to bed - get rid of all the cream & whatever else may be on your boat, jus use a flannel or cotton wool or summin - scrubbing really hard won't make a differencemake sure you drink lots of water (well fluids) - so foods like Brocolli, runner beans etc are all very good, and dont eat foods that are too greasy or high in saturated fats i.e. fried chicekn from shithouse PFCsIf you have a healthy diet you will generally find that your skin, hair, and body fair a lot better off.

I use spot cream EVERY DAY for like the last 3 years.Dont have any spots anymore but when I stop using it they slowly creep up on me again. Think that OXY must use a chemical where if you stop using their products your face gets worse.I also eat sh*t so thats probably a big part of it too.

i dont understand people who use flannels tbh unless your using a fresh one every time you wash your faceits just a cloth holding all your bacteria until the next time you scrub your face with it,thats a breeding ground for spots right there
