why do u guys go to random away games up north? surely it would cost less and be easier for u to go to something like birmingham away, west ham away, portsmouth away etc.

but i swear the cost of getting to and from wigan will cost u like 40-50 and then ur ticket roughly the same. isnt it easier to just stay in london/wherever down south ur from and pay the £80?

Never been to Wigan so dont have a clueAnd any away game i've ever been to i've been driven so taking note of the directions was never on my mindWigan away should be good we should have an increased allocation its usually up there with Blackburn for away atmosphere. as the suits prefer to stay at home and miss the lesser games out should be in good voice

The towns a good walk away from the ground so I'd imagine the train station would be too. 1mile sounds optimistic tbh (but I didn't go on the train).The immediate area around the ground is empty, just a McDonalds (actually I think there's a Pizza Hut too) which was shut last year, 1 pub (which is decent) and an industrial park.If you want to go to three or four pubs I'd stop off outside Wigan on the way. The pub outside the away end is pretty big but with 6.5k away fans it will be rammed from early. We got there at 11am last year - had a breakfast and by the time we were done eating it was a buy 3 pints each job because of the queues.

Thing about Anderson when I use to watch him play for Porto (I'm no Tulse, so not a regular stream watcher), on the left or in the hole, he looked completely sh*t. TBH when I heard United signed him I laughed... However when he's shutdown Fabregas I've rated him and that certainly wasn't in the hole or on the left.

valencia is a very good player u could see that from wigan days, hes looked sick in a couple pre season games and hes not at full fitness. he joined up with the squad late. completely different to park but technical ability and the physical side of the game he is far superior

its sad to say but i dont consider hargreaves a united player anymore. i genuinely dont believe hes ever going to play more than 10 games a season for us if hes lucky. he has serious tendonitis. his knee is actually f*cked. they are just delaying the inevitable flying him to all these specialists

Its safe to say Owen was a mistake, the only plus being he was free. Tbh i dont think Valencia's United quality, stand out player in a sh*t team at wigan imo, havent seen him play in internationals so cant really comment on that level. Anderson's any guy if his name was Tommy jones and he came from shefffileld guys wouldnt even rate him.

The mistake wasn't signing Owenthe mistake was not signing a impeaact or really creative player aswell our problems lie in the midfield.

Still a mistake to sign him when you consider who we lost and what we needed.Feel sorry for him at times cause he looks proper low on confidence everytime he comes on. But there's no denying he's a washed up England legend that no other club in the top 4 would consider buying (except Liverpool on sentimental grounds).
