I really hate my gym. After 5pm place comes like carnival. Too many people and not enough space or equipment. Guys hovering near your bench when you get up to change your weights asking have you finished with the bench constantly. I need to find a more ideal time to go there because when I get a standard 9-5 I have to go in peak time when I usually go between 7 and 9am and I have enough space and time to do everything to a solid level. In fact, if I got a 10-6 job I could make it work in the morning.

Props Gattsu. Keep it up. Is it just me, or do shoulders seem to develop far quicker than other muscles? At work my bredrin kept telling me that my shoulders have blown up but to me I don't feel I even push them enough.

i'm a member of a 24 hour gym. It is like a zoo at the usual peak times where EVERYTHING is used up (all treadmills, free weights etc). So i used to go at 11pm until 00:30am to use the free weights and everything was bless. Now these last few months the free weight section is packed even during these vampire hours whilst all the machines are free. Shits so annoying.

4 months in the gym and still couldn't lose my belly :(

You go to "The Gym"? It has to be the same or you go to Easy Gym in Wood Green. I remember going to the gym at about 11pm and seeing the weights area rammed. Couldn't believe it. Couldn't even work out properly. Left that night real bitter.

LS you go to The Gym as well? I hit the one in Wood Green every Saturday pretty much.

I go to "The Gym" in Guildford, it was one of the original ones that became really popular before they started to expand annd the notion of "no thrills" gyms started to take off. I joined quite a while back but would go for a few months at a time due to crunch schedules throwing things out of wack.

I'm in wood green a lot on weekends and have seen how packed The Gym gets there even late at night because of the big ass window they have right outside facing the street. lol.

Yeah i go to the Wood Green one :lol: If i'm running i make sure i do it on the 2nd row or infront of a wall pmsl

That Gym is busy after 9pm for some reason. Went once at 11pm and it was rammed even until 1am

Titan i usually go Sundays mornings and Tuesday and Thursday evening

My boy is a personal trainer there as well

How's your sugar intake been lately broseph. Still hitting 10 sugars per cuppa or have you cut it down?

How's your sugar intake been lately broseph. Still hitting 10 sugars per cuppa or have you cut it down?

i only drink tea like once a month

and hats only while at work if the shops closed in the morning and i cant get a few ribenas

calves though think its jus genetic

just make sure you dont do too much all at once

last week i was talking to some boy i hadnt seen for time in the gym whilst doing calf raises

im sure i done 70 reps of like 30 kg at once

next day i was walking like a cripple had to tiptoe to walk

honestly calf doms are the worst

I never ever go in there past like 1pm it will take u 2 hours to do a workout that should take 45 mins

Best time I say would be either before 7 or around 8:30 when the 9-5 bods are on their way out

Best days are sat and sunday morning at like 7am

yh 8am is perfect gym time

if i miss that then its 2pm

avoid the 9-5ers and the parents

was meant to start plyometrics and yoga this week but ive delayed it till december

just working on the basics.....lost a lot of strength so bench, squats and deadlifts are me

best strength exercises for overall strength

squats and deads work your whole body but in particular your legs and lower back respectively

dnt be scared of them start of light watch video get your form correct then go heavy as time progresses

Carb Cycling or Intermittent fasting>>>>>>>normal cutting

On carb cycle now, 5 days low carbs , 2 high carb refeed days on sat and sunday.

3 weeks in and abs are already showing, more definition, more facial aesthetics and arms have gone bigger.

Jumping on intermittent fasting next month

where can i find more details on these?
