what routines everyone on? looking for a new 12 week one

muscle building

I stopped my muscle group routine and changed to the following a little over a year ago.  Made a lot of progress in strength and size, although the latter is slower I'm patient.

Day 1

Bench Press

Deadlifts

Close grip pull ups/L-Sit pull ups

Leg raises

Day 2

Muscle ups

Squats

Weighted pull ups

Calf raises (normal or sing leg)

Day 3

Weighted dips

Weighted chin ups

Diamond press ups with feet elevated

Crunches

Plank

Russian twists

L Sit holds (if my body can manage it)

Want to learn handstands since I'm lacking on a main shoulder exercise (dumbbell shoulder press hasn't always agreed with me but may have to ease it in), but most of the exercises in my routine hit multiple groups.  I love going gym a lot more and don't get bored since pretty much every exercise I love doing (bar bench, it's hands down my least favourite exercise).

May have to change this routine up though as I start studying this month.

I don't have the drive for it, can't get up at 06:00 if I know I can sleep in till 07:30.

Tried again this morning with no luck. Probably need to get a better alarm.

Try these:

1) Go to sleep earlier (obvious)

2) Put your gym shoes next to your bed

The feeling it will give you to be in the gym (with a few older OGs, as they're the ones who normally do it too) while everyone else is snoring away twiddling their thumbs will give you a sense of pride about your discipline.

That and Yoshie situation echoes mine.

except I gotta get up at like 5.30 / 6 depending on the day to make gym the work at 9.

Been going ok but last week was a stuggle, walked past my gym bag this morn as i woke even later than norm smh.

Its my sleep, them times when im setting down at 1, waking up 5 hours later is a myth and i know it.

Animal was/is great, no negative side affects and definitely helped with gains, the strength boost is crazy aswell. But you need to make sure your diets on point otherwise you won't really see any good benefit.

Before flu knocked me off my feet and christmas period hit I had put on 3/4lbs in about 6 weeks and I'm a real hard gainer when it comes to putting on mass.

You only have to read the reviews on various different sites to see that it's a certified product.

so weird to read that everyone's on the AM gym thing and having the same problem as me.

setting my alarm for 5:30am, turning off my alarm at 5:30 am, thinking "fuck it, I'll wake up when I need to go work"

missing a gym day

:/

but came to ask, any suggestions for working one's back without also working one's legs?
