someone drop me a spaghetti bolognaise recipe please

Chop onions, and peppers

Fry them

Add the mince

Add Dolmio Bolognese Sauce

Spaghetti Boiled in Hot water

Could probably make decent sauce myself but I'm too lazy

+

Throw some garlic in with the mince and Jam abit of hot sauce in the Bolognese sauce. You Really need a add a beef oxo cube in with the mince aswell otherwise the flavour will be very standard.

My girl is going to buy a recipe book or download a whole bunch of recipes and we agreed once a week to try a new one each time. Figured it would be a good way to vary the repertoire. Want to learn how to do cakes and other desserts still.

Ahhh jarred sauce? Nooooooo

Easy way is to use tinned tomatoes but the most perfect bolognese sauce is made with fresh tomatoes, i also put some tomatoe paste in and i do add either a tspoon of honey or tspoon of sugar to take away the bitterness from the tomatoes and the wine, parsley, basil, cumin, oregano ,onions, garlic, mushrooms, chopped celery, (sweetcorn & corgettes if you wish you can kind of make this your own by only adding what you feel you want) White wine or red wine choice is yours, dont forget pepper to taste (we all different) and please please please make sure you have fresh parmesan to grate over the top. I also add some hot sauce just to give it a lil kick but add your herbs and seasoning and any extras to taste.

You dont really need to buy a recipe book, theres so many recipes online to try, although i do have quite a large collection of recipe books i also check online for fresh ideas then use my cooking skills to switch it up a bit and make it more mine.

If you get perfect desserts, light ones are best i make a tropical cheese cake, always used to make chocolately things but my partner described the tropical cheese cake "Like a party in my mouth" LOL ha

Dmf's pretty spot on, traditionally finely diced carrot is also added and a combination of mince and pancetta is used for the meat. But thats just getting neeky on the matter. bolognese can be done a thousand ways depending on your own tastes.

Traditionally chicken livers are in there too, but not for me.

The recipe i use comes from my aunts husbands family who originate from Italy so its the best advice ive had regarding pastas etc. Infact they taught me some heavy dishes.

Parmesan smells f*ck*ng rank, it probably does taste like pure bliss but theirs no way I can get passed that smell

and i never said anything about jarred sauce stilll ; ... The extras you added sound on point though, will try next time i'm on the spagbol movements.

* Smack it in a blender a bit at a time, and Phwap u got ureself Roasted pepper, tomato and basil sauce for ur pasta!
