I love that.
Its media coverage like this which is why English talent doesn't have a chance. I'm not even saying the kid is in with a chance but at 7's hes making the papers and being touted as a possible new Messi :D

Sky Sports News understands that Manchester City are not prepared to allow Carlos Tevez to dictate his own departure and the club have yet to receive any bids for the wantaway striker. The Argentina international, who is currently on duty at the Copa America, announced in a statement on Monday night that it was with 'great regret' that he has decided he wants to leave Eastlands in order to be closer to his family.Tevez's decision has been met by scepticism from fans in the wake of his withdrawn transfer request in December, when he blamed a breakdown in his relationship with City chief executive Garry Cook and football administrator Brian Marwood.City are likewise unimpressed with their club captain's decision-making when it is considered that he has three years left on his contract and they are reported to be seeking feedback from his agent, Kia Joorabchian, regarding the latest intentions.DestinationConsequently, City owner Sheikh Mansour and chairman Khaldoon al-Mubarak are understood to be adamant that they will not be held to ransom and will refuse to alter a valuation of £50million.Spain or Italy is thought to be a probable destination for former Manchester United player Tevez and Real Madrid, Inter Milan and AC Milan are all thought to be paying attention, while Juventus have been linked to the forward in the past.Whether or not any of the above, with Barcelona excluded through an apparent lack of interest, are prepared to meet City's valuation seems unlikely, especially when wages in the region of a quarter-of-a-million pounds a week are factored into the equation.City, though, will view their valuation as justified for a player who has scored 52 goals in 86 appearances, with 46 coming in the Premier League to make Tevez the most prolific frontman in England's top flight over the past two years. The uncertainty surrounding their best player has not stopped City continuing their transfer business and Montenegro star Stefan Savic is on the brink of completing his move to Eastlands.
Hope it turns ugly, I generally feel for Tevez in regards to his family situation but the guy takes a contractual agreement as if its some handshake he made with his mates down the pub.Only club I can see meeting the fee and his wages are Inter as Real are to pre-occupied with Neymar, Juve chasing Aguero and Milan are tight as always.

Tevez is rich enough by now(the way this guy has chased money) to buy his contract out and move back to Boca.I would have Tevez instead of Adebayor but Jose won't maybe Perez would.Juve are crazy you have 100m transfer budget you have wasted half of it on the likes of Matri,Quag,Motta,Pepe,Lichensteiner. Now Conte wants Mikel(WOW) and Aguero(doesn't want to leave Spain Perez wants him Mourinho doesn't)As for Milan they might not spend like before but if the boss wants a player so bad he will bring out the necessary p's

Tevez could buy out his contract if he wanted to.You have to remember this guy has been chasing money since his Corinthains days.If he invested the money he has made over the years(sponsorship with Nike, wages, huge signing on fees) then it should not be a problem.
