i swear t-mobile is £20 for 6 months and giff gaff is £3 a month, although im not sure if you can just pay £3 for the BIS service without buying one of theyre top up packages

they do bb sims with all the services inclusive, and some are short or long.

No, its a legal requirement for all new phones to make a camera sound so people are aware that you are taking a picture.

I don't know if a hacked firmware exist that removes this, but I highly doubt it.
