My agruement is Silva is good but only a fool will think he is good enough to dislodge Iniesta.

The better players come from Barca/Real so it's a no brainer.

You have to remember Spain are Euro/World Champs for a reason.

If Silva was playing for Barcelona, and Iniesta was playing for City it would be Silva starting for Spain and not Iniesta, Spain have a bias to the top 2 clubs hence why Alonso never started for them till he moved to Madrid.

And also i remember saying that Fabregas is as good if not close to Iniestas level last season before he moved to Spain, many people had fits of laughter, and said i was talking shit, but i think its clear to see now that i wasn't wrong, personally i think Silva is near Iniestas level, but even if he was better its not like Spain would pick him anyway.
