i love AVB, i really do, but if he was able to do the business on the pitch with Chelsea i honestly think he wouldn't get half the slack he does at the moment - and he'll probably end up losing his job on the back of this, which is a shame

Ok firstly he was calling for offside as he thought Ivanovic was coming back from an offside position. Ok he shouldnt be standing around waving, whatever he made a mistake.
Lets look at the bigger picture though.....Rio loses a header to Ivanovic (who has a good leap I know) but should Rio be losing that header? Secondly, wheres our RB? Weve got a makeshift RB not in the correct position as he hasnt anticipated the flick on....
So youve picked at his ONLY mistake all game, which wasnt even soley his fault.
