I Beg to differ . Gangs are on the increase . Yes we have more positive black youths now than say 5-10 maybe 15 years ago but we also have more gangs at the same time . Take 2007 27 youths died in london. Last year only like 15 died. I guarantee that more gang related violence took place last year than it did in 2007 . Think about it .
