You're trying to turn this into an argument of who's the better creative midfielder which would just take me back to what I said earlier in this very thread, WHAT ELSE CAN YOU DO WITH SCHOLES? If the TEAM aint dominating, can you depend on Scholes defensive abilities? How many times have we seen him carded or sent off cos he's one of the clumsiest tacklers we've ever seen? The fact is that there are things that Scholes is really poor at and I validly pointed that out. What you are effectively arguing is that players that play the Xavi and Pirlo way are basically the best players, which of course discredits the Viera's and Keane's of the past. Look how much gerrard is struggling to maintain now and he's not even that old.
