I remember last year I went to the Co-op and there was a man with 5 loaves of bread ready to check out, little old lady walked in and there was no bread left she asked him for one of his because the co-op is the only shop she can get to when the weather is bad and he said no.

lol

^Same, i've never really driven in snow, im curious.

Its good fun.

Drive in the highest gear possible, therefore using the lowest revs.  Try moving off in 2nd gear instead of first.  Avoid using breaks where possible gently shift down using the engine to slow the car.  If / when you have to break be very gentle.  Be very wary of going up and down hills.  On the way up you need plenty of momentum so you dont get stuck and on the way down....you need plenty of stopping distance.

Find a snowy big open space and have some fun drifting if ur car is RWD or just pulling handbreak turns.  Its good to experience the feeling of skidding on purpose and learn how to control it so if it happens by accident you know whats going on and how to handle it.

Watch out for the black ice ppl too, to be honest though you best sticking to low gears and do not use your breaks just go up and down your gear box to control spead - in thick snow no cunts driving in 5th gear. (but this is what good drivers should be doing anyway)   If you do skid drive into your skid, you will gain control quicker and dont press ur breaks!!   Driving in snow is great fun but be sensible. its the slush and ice you gotta watch for.
