EATING MEAT

I think people can go too far with certain diets, everything in moderation.. if its gonna be a lifetime thing.

Every few years theres a new epidemic and every should eat more/less of X, your best to find out what works for YOU and what portions of the food groups works best for your body and health.

you don't think this a topical subject which is only going to become more and more relevant to everyone in this world?

putting this into context, there's a significant monetary prize up for grabs right now to any scientist that can come up with a way of 'creating' a meat equivalent to feed us all with.

I read a few of these blog posts of someone who went on a 30 day raw fruit diet, and the post of going back to cooked food didnt seem like a nice experience

Obvs there's differences between they've done and what you'll be going back and forth with but yeah... I'd look into it

I wouldn't be eating a 'meat equivalent', the problem with our health is that we eat too much processed crap and not enough natural foods.

Eat fresh meat, fish, fruit and veg.

Unless you have a couple acres in your garden, or go back to your motherland before it's too late

you won't have a choice soon

Have you Soya protein burgers?

Linda McCartney quarter pounders are gorgeous.

I was reading somewhere that Linda McCartney isn't even healthy, high in salt and other crap, just a decent tasting veg alternative.

But like, what's the point in being veg if you're not healthy?

and quorn taste like crap
