Frozen things and £2 Ribena = Iceland

Only go to the other shops if I see a special offer advertised somewhere

I was surprised it took so long to mention waitrose & M&S tbh.

Who's on the Lotus caramelised smooth biscuit spread.... Delish.

Makes a wicked banofee pie. Mix lotus biscuits with Oreos in blended melt some coconut oil mix together place in fridge, one hard spread with lotus spread, bananas, then alpro vanilla dessert whipping cream then sprinkle your chocolate to garnish.. Simple and saves all that faffing with condensed milk. :-)

Na they have good stuff same as m&s but for branded everyday stuff they are not competitive at all

M&S  -  Potatoe salad

 

The rest stuff is from my Local cash & Carry  -Yams, Plantain (4 for £1) Beans,  Basmati rice , Turkey & chicken for stew, All purpose seasoning and pepper e.t.c

 

I try to eat more organic food these days.

Nobody on ocado they beat tesco prices vouchers off &delivery is real cheap if not free.

waitrose is alright though they have some good deals at times.

Farmers market, organic shop and the vegan shop in muswell hill mainly. Sometimes tesco or sainsburys for things I forgot and cleaning products. Marks n Sparks for puddings and used to cop dem percy pigs from there too.

I saw okro and yam in tesco I laugh
