Hazard is more talented but tactically De Bruyne is a beast that's why I have always maintained he is the most intelligent ?? player.

Both go missing in CL(semis and finals it's where it matters IMO) and both went missing last summer after looking like world beaters against ??.

 

Neither are good enough to play for the elite(Real y Barca).
