For what reason? You think it's better having guys on 80k + a week sat on your bench doing nothing. Can't even say he's back up or we need him now when man like Wilson looks the better player. A couple years back I would of said it was madness but I don't rate Hernandez any more. He's a decent goal poacher but he's awful elsewhere on the pitch and his runs are not what they used to be. Forever off side. Madrid is a good move for him and better for us.

I have been one of Hernandez's biggest critics on here. I'm happy he has gone, but a loan? Terrible, terrible piece of business.

 

And it's Woodward. We should have been shopping him around any club with £20mill to spend on a striker. Sell it as we've got no European football and don't have the room for 4 international strikers in the squad. Rooney & Van Persie are not  going to go and Welbeck helps the homegrown quota.
