The culprit is Chelsea Bennett.Check this as court evidence.... Ms Bennett of Croydon, south London, said she fell to the ground during a struggle with Sian and picked up a brown handled steak knife she found lying on the floor. She then plunged the steak knife into Sian's heart. Piercing a lung aswell.So how did she buss case? Could it be because she applied Ghetto's ideology. "in the court room, look innocent. I said the other day about how when this Ben kid got killed they had a little paragraph pointing out the colour of kid they were looking for. Did they point out this girls colour at the time? I remember hearing by word of mouth, but just asking if it was reported.I cant believe she got off scott-free. How you meant to kill someone and not get anything at all? "If there is no knife there, we have just got a squabble about a boy. No one would have died," he said. Following angry scenes at the Old Bailey, Judge Peter Beaumont told the jury: "You were asked to make a very important decision about people you have never seen before. "You were asked to do so responsibly and carefully. They jailed a guy for murder and it was proven he didnt even kill her. What about that then? How is this fair?Saying it was self-defense is a standard line if they have substantial evidence.
