people alwaysntry bring statistics to save rooney.im pissed ronaldo aint leaving cos we woulda finally seen if rooney cud be the main guyany sideshow slob right now
thats coz people think he doesnt score his goal record is good i think its no coinsidence rooney wasnt on the pitch once when nunited lost last season going back to the number issue yh number 10 at united isnt like the number 10 for italian and french national shirt aswe all as argentina united its the number 7 and england rooney is number 9 the important number for that nation as stevie g is number 10

When Ronaldo leaves next summer Rooney (hopefully) will be given Ronaldos free role.Right now United have the luxury of using two top class, if not world class players in Rooney and Tevez as work-horses to allow Ronaldo the time and space to get into the positions to hurt people.I honestly think that if Rooney had the midfield and attack built around him getting the time and space that Ronaldo currently gets he would prove without a doubt to be a world class player, and possibly getting similair results to what Ronaldo does.

i was sayin hes better off being a second striker/attacking mid like totti on here before, but i questioned his footballing brain and the temperament to play at diff tempos but man was sayin i was quackers he was running around at cm alot last season anywaysas time goes on i see him replacing scholes

premature talkbut rooney needs to know his role in the sense,be more disciplinedhe does other team mates workand gets frustrated too quickly and can struggle to get in the game because of it

actually i deaded myself misread it it just over 1 in 2 about 2.2still should reach 100 goals before 23and if he has a good season he is capable of 100 career league goals, will no doubt be on target to smash alan shearers record....

5 of the 6 of those guys could be considered GOAT,6 of the 6 are considered best of their generation, comparing him to them is silly really considering his age,yet his trophy cabinet is easily comparable.same old hate just a different day, Gooney is a no#10 just of a different mould.

I swear this is his goal tally though Everton (15)Man U (53) England (14)so thats what 82 goals, 18 goals before october is a bit much to ask. He will reach 100 soon imo but not that soon. He would need 32 league goals this season for 100 career league goals, would depend largely on what role he is used in.
