To be honest i reckon your gonna need someone who the players are gonna instantly respect and maybe fear i don't think Donnadoni and Mancini could bring that so Billic would be the best of the 3 What do you think about Gerrad Houlier the football wouldn't be great but he's good at nurturing youth playersand i reckon he'd be more at home working with the director of football than Billic

To be honest Allardyce was a good manager and quite highly rated till he went to Newcastle then it went down hill for him he just happened to fail where many others had before him
