I would, but like I said, at my current job 70% of cv's don't make it to the application draw.Nothing to do with approach, its just people are badminded. I only deal with online applications or hook ups now, if I desperately needed a new job then maybe I would hand in hard copies of my cv.Actually I need that website that had a bag of links to jobs at Westfield.

Ahh buzzing first interview of 2009 on Monday in London Bridge, hopefully this is my first step to moving on to something bigger and better for this year. Glad the motivation my girlfriend gave me over the X-Mas break has paid off to this stage, it's still there and keep hunting for office work etc.

Really f*cked off. So I went for my interview with EA Worldwide. Passed it on Monday which I'm surprised about and yesterday was my 2nd interview, lasted the whole day. Took a team of us into Gravesend, at the entry level you're required to basically do "Direct Marketing" doing the door to door sh*t, which you will then progress from. They're looking for people who can become managing directors after 10 months-12 months. The wage is kicking me in the nuts as of right now, where I am I know I am getting that set amount, in this job it is commission for the first few months, as you move up the wage is more secure and you get a high-profit share. For example at the field rep; Get 3 people to sign up each one of them you can get £15-£20, so after a day it's £45-£60 do that for a week you make £250-£300. The quicker you show you're a good worker the faster you progress. I know there is no saying you can get people to sign up to things, it's very difficult, like most places they will sell themselves to you.I'm actually gobsmacked I got this far! To be honest what will I do? If I wasn't in a job I'd take it but not having the basic wage is the killer point since I have to pay for my own travel which is zone 6, so I think over a week I will have to pay £48, I could end up with less than what I take home now.Positives were the staff, time wise and the general vibe.Negatives well the long day (I know comes in with time wise), not having that guaranteed wage every week.*Sighs* What a bitch!

EA Worldwide?Jeeez, cannot to graduate, start making those moves mayne...
Thing is mate, you don't need to have graduated to work for them. What they're doing is looking for anyone to take on and train then send out in the field for you to gain experience. Finally becoming an MD which could end up taking sometime. They real you in with that bait. It all sounds interesting but the question you have to ask yourself is "Can you see yourself knocking on doors all over London from 1/2 till 7pm?" I know doing it can prove you're a strong character but honestly I can't so I've had to turn it down, it's a shame cause they sell themselves so well with you being able to become this MD in a short space of time, but when you have a job with a guaranteed income why should I really risk it for something I may not earn money for a couple weeks or more?I would say to anyone who gets this, if you want then do it, if you feel you can do the risk but think about this, aren't you worth more than that?

Who has tips about answering questions such as...."please give an example of a challenge you have set yourself and describe how you have gone about achieving it"I know to some it might sound easy, but it really isn't. Self-Assessment is my downfall. No patronising answers Gray Fox.
