Berbatov as an individual has been very good, that was never in question. But like I said when on the last day of the transfer window when you signed him, accomodating Berbatov would f*ck United up in the long run.Lol, I feel like 001 right now, with the predictions. Why hasn't Manucho done as much as touch the bench yet? I'm puzzled.
I'd agree with that But saying that It took Sheringham a good few seasons to adjust and he only really started to turn it on after the Treble and to be honest i think it'll only be tottally fair to pass judgement on his contribution when the team as a whole start playing consistently well he's been no worse than Ronaldo Rooney or Tevez or any of our other attacking players and no he probably wasn't the ideal player, however i don't think thats due to the pace of his play i think thats because even after signing him we still don't have an out an out goalscorer who will gaurentee us 20+ goals a season Manucho, to be honest i was excited by the prospect but expected nothing, from when we payed so little the writing was probably on the wall I'd prefer to see wellbeck or Campbell make it before him anyway but good luck to the lad

That's true but now days we live in a world where everyone is expected to deliver right away, no one is given time to develop or build (thanks to the big money men in this game).

to be honest i think its more to do with Fans with short memories and short levels of patience The treatment of Eboue is testament to that man like Fletcher and O'shea could've been receiving that treatment on a few occasions but with a bit of unwavering support look at how Fletcher has performed at times this season Fans got to remeber that you support your club no matter waht and winning trophies and stuff is only a plesant bonus when people forget this, this is when we get the bullshit type of support that see's fans publicly and so high profile booing of their team of the pitch and booing individual playerspeople are always to eager to look for a scapegoat and when someone cost 30 mill its easy for him to become the target when you could argue that he's been much better than Rooney and Tevez this season the team isn't playing well right now. NUFF SAID Stop looking for individuals to take your frustrations out on

TBH if we're paying 30mill for a guy who has played in the premier league for 2 years straight i am expecting pretty immediate results.------------Dimi has got the same languid style he had at spurs. Over the last few games he has given the ball away far too much.Him and Tevez have both been equally disappointing, but i can bly Carlo coz of his lack of match time this season. But yea like i and others said in another thread, A fit Saha>>>>>>Berba

Yes this is very true but as i said it isn't really fair to pass judgement on the guy while pretty much the whole team is playing quite poorly at the mo if everybody else was on top form and he was utter shite or below par then i'd be saying thje same but that is not the case

Lol.Only thing wrong with the signing of Berbatov was the fee... But thats a whole next discussion, and typical of Fergie...The only issue United fans shoud have with him so far should be why Fergie is so obsessed with him, he always starts & is never subbed...
Its not typical Fergie it typical Manchester United we've been forced to pay over the odds for players for decades its just the price we pay 4 being the worlds biggest team Lol at thinking Fergie wants to pay the big p if Fergie was in charge of how much we pay for players don't you think the Ronaldhinio deal would'e been completed

Speaking of money, LOL How the Tosic deal ain't gone through yet because we don't wanna pay him more than £135,000 a year........

Wasted money. Guy can do some genius stuff at times but he was not needed. We wanted an out and out Goalscorer/Poacher like Huntelaar. And i hate how Fergie just bums off Berbatov now and seems to have him jotted down as a starter before Rooney or Tevez.
Just remember with the clubs current fianacial situation every transfer as to look as if it is neccersary if he signed the guy for 30 mill then had him on the bench next time he went upstairs for some more cash the answer would be no

World Class player just not for us. Although some of the stuff he does is just nuts. But when I see him not running or doing anything then there is no acceptable reason for this. We needed someone like benzema but having our three strikers as Rooney, Berba and Tevez aint really saying much when were looking to get in behind.Meh

u need a player like nistelrooy again. You got lots of good players and a nice pace upfront but you need a poacher whos just gonna let ur midfield provide and smack in goals.Ronaldo wants to twist up whole teams... roooney...hmm, he can be that kinda player but hes still trying to get back into his old ways.... and tevez i dont feel executes enough.Berba don't fit in to ur squad in my eyes.
