K Koke will sell.

The issue atm, is he hasn't really connected with the buying public, be it via the RIGHT single.

Remember your talking about an artist that got radio spins of Annie Mac, Zane Lowe, and of course Westwood, Charlie Sloth, Trevor Nelson and Mista Jam. That Britian biggest national music radio station.

BUT just one spin of Fearne Cotton. Basically he needs the daytime record...

As for not "selling out/dumbing down" when Koke was using no curse words, and saying "like the boy Daps, No Regrets", with a female vocalist on the hook for Roc For Life. You was seeing the beginning of the water down, it was by no means "pop" but the question now is, will he/can he go the extra step on over to the darkside, lol.

imo All these man are sh*t. K Koke is the best of dem lot... all dem raitlins and dat will never buss.....LinkUpTV/GrimeDaily Artists. Not about being in that line.

What i can say about Koke is he had a genuine buzz. But now hes signed if he dont find the right lane hes gonna be finished. Jay-Z aint signing people that aren't gonna make money, his marketing team better look into it quick coz he wont sell in america, and the kinda music he does wont sell in england either. He's destined to fail imo.

Radio spins and youtube views when it comes to music mean pretty much mean EVERYTHING .

k koke already has a buzz , so really and truely he could put out utter garbage and still sell .

It happens all the time .

All he needs is a good p.r team ,set a release date then hes sold

His target audience doesn't pay for music ndubz fans don't want koke...thought maybe Benny could pull it off but he f*cked it so don't see why a rapper being white means they will sell...it's your image

E.g Pro green & wretch 32....have authentic backgrounds make 'edgy' music but the lyrics are watered down to a radio 1 level so they can still be seen as urban but also be used as background for some generic E4/MTV advert at 4pm etc (wretch getting snapped with that towie horse was actually a good look for his image tbh)

Just look at dappy it was all good when he was the quirky lil wigga making tunes about his dad and breaking up with ur partner etc

Now he wants to snort lines in the club take pics of his c*ck and make freestyle tributes to convicted murders so now what a suprise no one wants to f*ck with him and his solo music isn't selling like his ndubz stuff.

People like koke giggs fekky are all too road for the teenie boppers of middle england to feel comfortable dancing along to in the mirror they would rather download tinchys latest 90's dance song rip off from iTunes instead.
