It's f*ck*ng annoying, doesn't help having a ridiculously high metabolism, can't even do cardio at the gym as it burns my weight too quickly and coupling that with already playing football on the weekends.

My boy has been trying to lose his gut for awhile, seems difficult still, although he isn't 100% dedicated to the cause.

Ive not been gym since I came bk from Ibiza. Just been in recovery mode. And I'm goin Vegas next week as well. Just gonna try and put in 5 solid days before I go and destroy my body again. Gonna retire from drinking for a bit after I get back and channel in the same focus I had during winter.

gonna sort out my membership and get back on this, been SLACKING but i need to motivate myself cause this life im living aint right.

gonna go hard on the cardio for a number of weeks to get rid of the fat and belly

then start lifting hard

ive lost 5kg in the past 2 weeks though doing nothing, so this might go well this time, last time felt like i was taking to steps forward and 12 back

If i'm focusing on one part i,e. chest then i'll do an hour session, if i'm doing more then it varies.

I don't think there is a right or wrong answer. If you feel your not doing enough then try pushing yourself more in your sessions.

When i go with the team those sessions are ard because everyone is pushing everyone, never leave those sessions thinking i haven't done enough.

personally ive always said, if you aint struggling after an hour you arent pushing yourself hard enough. Gym should be a big effort, you should be sweating, straining and struggling every workout. If the intensity aint there, the results wont be there either.

On week three of my power/mass regime

Shoulder injury in 2010 has got me back down to a pathetic 65kg @ 6 foot

Weighed myself last week im up to just under 70 going for like 85 hopefully with good form i can get there quickly without any injuries

tryna keep my workouts an hour and under 6 main muscle exercises and 3 secondary exercises minimum 4 times a week

i've been on and off a bit, my back is feeling a lot better now, even managed some rows today, gonna strengthen the lower back slowly by sticking to low weights on things like rows, need to do my abs more often to help support my core.

I really hate my gym. After 5pm place comes like carnival. Too many people and not enough space or equipment. Guys hovering near your bench when you get up to change your weights asking have you finished with the bench constantly. I need to find a more ideal time to go there because when I get a standard 9-5 I have to go in peak time when I usually go between 7 and 9am and I have enough space and time to do everything to a solid level. In fact, if I got a 10-6 job I could make it work in the morning.

Props Gattsu. Keep it up. Is it just me, or do shoulders seem to develop far quicker than other muscles? At work my bredrin kept telling me that my shoulders have blown up but to me I don't feel I even push them enough.
