had mackerel about 4 times yesterday

 

at about two of those sittings i was like blur this is gross

 

other times i was like damn homie

Smoked mackerel is nice, strong but nice.

 

Just drop that in a pitta and you are good to go.

 

Works suprisingly well scrambled with eggs aswell.

I got some nice salmon fillets, but I never know what to cook with salmon...

personal preference like meat really, but if you want proper scrambled eggs take them off the heat before there actually cooked through, cos they keep cooking in there own heat up to 10 minutes afterwards.
