Haven't been in this thread for a while, once was full time now more part time smoker

I have two questions

Recently found a hi end vape pen in a bar (£70 up type jobby) gave it a good clean and been using it to vape nicotine free e-juice, just cos I like the action of smoking, but, CAN I PUT WEED E-JUICE IN THIS THING AND GET HIGH???!!!!

Second, what is this glass tips thing??? Please explain and maybe I'm in

A year of legalized recreational marijuana in Colorado has brought the Rocky Mountain state significant savings, reduced crime rates and tax revenue gains from the sale of the plant and its byproducts, according to a studypublished Tuesday by a drug policy reform group.

The Drug Policy Alliance (DPA) examined state statistics and found Colorado saved millions of dollars because it was no longer locking up as many people for marijuana violations. Police arrested only 1,464 people for marijuana-related offenses, compared to 9,011 in 2010 before legalization, according to the study.

"Given that arrests such as these cost roughly $300 to adjudicate, it is reasonable to infer that the state is saving millions in adjudicatory costs" for marijuana-related arrests and prosecutions, the study said. 

Additionally, tax revenue from recreational marijuana sales brought in at least $40.9 million into the state’s coffers.

Injection rooms for addicts to open next year in drug law change, says Minister

Drug users will be able to use supervised injecting rooms in Dublin next year, followed shortly afterwards by Cork, Galway and Limerick, according to the Minister in charge of the National Drugs Strategy.

Aodhán Ó Ríordáin, who is set to announce the radical move in a speech to the London School of Economics on Monday, told The Irish Times that medically supervised injection rooms “will happen next year”.

In his address he will also outline plans to decriminalise the possession of small amounts of drugs, including heroin, cocaine and cannabis, for personal use, as part of a “radical cultural shift” in the approach to drug addiction.
