Build a team around someone who is unreliable? Where's the sense in that? Extremely talented but doesn't care enough Funny when people say shit like this as if they sat down had a chat with don in his front room over a cuppa and found out explicitly what he does or does not care about It's glaringly obvious though. Don't need to chat to him to know he lacks effort. Just watch the majority of his performances Sometimes when you have a special player you have to indulge him. Mancini did that part, but then rotated him. You need to keep Mario focused on ball, as the Italians realised. You don't just build a team round a player cos they have special talent, they need to prove themselves first. Barca didn't build there team round Messi straight away, same with Man U and Ronaldo..
