He builds a buzz with all the realness and everyone starts rating him again saying skeptas big, hes bringing it back etc etc. Then he abandons the sh*t that got him the ratings and starts making rebore tinchy & chipmunk music. / Someone needs to do it the old fashioned way and just make one or two albums with 10-15 BANGERS on. The hood will cop and even if they dont you will have built such a buzz that the labels will come for you anyway. NME giving him a 3/10 is am absolute mock tbh, it basically means shoreditch hipsters don't care anymore, bad times ahead for Joseph grime lost its credibility in a number of ways. chasing mainstream fame isnt bad imo. grime lost credibility when it stopped being a reflection of the streets. only ppl who play grime now are ppl who could be in the cast of skins. was never meant to be that. Even though no one is going to believe me, I'd like to say for the record that I've been a grime fan since I was about 13, and am certainly not part of this new wave of 'ironic' hipster faggots who missed the boat cuz they were listening to some indie bollocks. what makes you think anyone gives a f*ck what you were listening to and when you were listening to it?
