How many young people, especially pre teens, wholly embrace their child like innocence? A very small amount. Young people lust after being older, doing older things. We all drank and smoked before the legal age allowed us and it's the same with sex or in this case sexually charged music. It's the desire of the young, not the pollution of them. As for young kids singing along to the lyrics, as disturbing as you might find it, they most probably have no idea what they're saying, because they're naive. I remember re-watching tv shows I watched when I was a kid and getting all the sex and drugs jokes, which couldn't have damaged me before cuz I didn't know what they were.
